Job summary

Immunocore in Oxford, UK, is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead the overall management and oversight of contracted clinical studies and programs, ensuring delivery on time, budget and quality. You will oversee vendors, budgets, timelines, study documentation, and regulatory compliance in line with GCP/ICH and CFRs.

You will mentor study staff, support process improvements and contribute to protocol development and data review, collaborating across global teams in a fast-moving biotech

Qualifications

• BA/BS in science related field required.
• At least 4 years in biotech/pharma or CRO, with global/international studies.
• Experience in oncology preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn Immunocore IRT/EDC systems.
• Vendor oversight and GCP/ICH/CFR compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and oversight of assigned programs, ensuring quality, timelines and budget.
• Provide oversight of all third-party vendors and contracts.
• Support RFP processes from proposal development to vendor negotiation.
• Review and approve change orders and manage study budgets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with GCP/ICH guidelines and applicable CFRs.
• Mentor study staff and contribute to protocol/amendment development.
• Review CRFs, IRTs and data collection from a clinical perspective.
• Monitor study data and address data discrepancies with sites and data management.
