Job summary

EY is seeking an Onboarding Product Consultant to shape and deliver next-generation onboarding at global scale. You’ll translate complex onboarding needs into scalable, human-centric solutions and work with a global product team across business and technology.

You will lead design and improvements for onboarding, partner with stakeholders worldwide, and contribute to the product roadmap while driving automation and personalisation to enhance the employee experience.
