Job description

Are you passionate about creating positive experiences for employees as they transition to the next chapter of their careers? Do you have a knack for managing complex processes with precision and care? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Global Offboarding Specialist you’ll oversee the offboarding process for our complex leaver cases, including redundancy, retirement, and death in service, across multiple regions and countries. You will ensure a seamless and supportive experience for our colleagues leaving the business, empowering them with the tools and guidance they need for a successful transition.

This role will be based out of our Warwick office, and you can enjoy our hybrid working from office and home.

What You'll Do:

  • End-to-End Offboarding Management: Oversee all offboarding arrangements globally, ensuring timely processing of leaver activities, documentation, payments, and termination of benefits.
  • Support & Guidance: Act as the primary point of contact for managers and colleagues, providing expert support throughout the exit process and addressing any concerns related to benefits and final pay.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, security, and legal teams to ensure compliance and a smooth transition for departing employees.
  • Asset Collection: Coordinate with relevant teams to manage the collection of company assets and deactivation of access to internal systems.
  • Exit Surveys/Interviews: Facilitate exit surveys and interviews, ensuring valuable feedback is collected to enhance our processes.
  • Alumni Support: Encourage departing colleagues to stay connected through our alumni network and provide guidance to managers supporting retirees.
  • Retiree Support: Offer specialist advice to retirees on updating personal details and accessing third-party benefits providers.

What You'll Have:

  • Proven experience in HR, offboarding, or employee lifecycle management.
  • An understanding of UK employment laws, along with compliance requirements.
  • Reporting / forecasting experience.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems – SuccessFactors or Service Now preferred but not essential.

What You'll Get:

A competitive salary of up to £43,104 – dependent on capability.

As well as your base salary you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.

You will also have access to a number of flexible benefits such as a share incentive plan, salary sacrifice car and technology schemes, support via employee assistance lines and matched charity giving to name a few.
