This role will be a key business and administrative support for the Global Occupational Health, Wellbeing & Public Health ( OHWPH )function, along with some support and absence cover for UK & I OH services and the interfacing between our 3rd party occupational health providers for UK&I (our supply sites/global functions) as a whole.
About the role:
The purpose of the role is to provide business support to the GlobalHead of Occupational Health, Public Health & Wellbeing and the Team. The role is responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of global occupational health, public health and wellbeing strategies and processes to employees.
The Occupational Health, Wellbeing & Public Health (OHWPH) Service covers our global employees and includes the direct provision of OH services to employees located throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. Intermittent travel may be required between sites on occasions for partner meetings.
There is no budgetary responsibility within this role.
Business Support:
Data and Analytical
Global Health & Wellbeing and Public Health support:
Assisting with the development and delivery of the global health & wellbeing/public health programmes through the following:
Assist with health surveillance planning programme (ad hoc to cover team absence) when required
Liaise with Diageo’s 3rd party OH provider and the business to plan health surveillance schedules/ appointments, to support the timely delivery of the heath assessment/surveillance programme.

Public Health or Business Graduate calibre ideally with experience of working within an OH environment
