The role focuses on managing complex international client portfolios, developing the firm’s international proposition, and building relationships with insurers and overseas partners across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in multinational commercial insurance (required).
• Experience coordinating global insurance programmes across multiple territories.
• Established relationships across the international insurance market.
• Ability to engage with senior clients, insurers and overseas broking partners.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating multinational insurance programmes.
• Supporting UK-headquartered businesses with overseas insurance requirements.
• Managing incoming international business and UK placements for overseas clients.
• Working with broking partners across international territories.
• Developing relationships with clients, insurers and international stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities to develop existing relationships and generate new business.
• Providing technical and commercial guidance on complex multinational placements.
• Contributing to the continued development of the firm’s international proposition.
