Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Motorsports Project Manager in Orpington to oversee the day-to-day running of flagship signage and branding projects. You will manage client communications, budgets and on-site delivery, coordinating with production teams and contractors.

Travel up to 14 days internationally may be required. The role combines client liaison, risk management and team leadership within a fast-paced live events environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar project management role is preferred.
• Solid experience with project management processes and on-site delivery.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple activities with tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills across verbal, written and presentational formats.
• Numeracy and literacy skills with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• To manage the day-to-day running of key Motorsports projects, leading client communication and stakeholder management.
• Budget responsibility for individual projects including pricing, margin control and maximization.
• Compiling client proposals and responding to new briefs, pitches and client negotiations.
• Clear professional communication and management of client expectations.
• Leading by example, managing team members and contributing positively to a wide range of projects.
• Implementation of Project Management disciplines, processes and skills including programme and risk management.
• Managing artwork, color matching and the approval processes both with the client and with our internal Studio and Production teams.
• On-site management of contractors including implementation of H&S processes and continuous best practice.
• Follow up reviews on projects post completion, including detailed analysis, compiling lessons learned and communication to the wider business to ensure process improvement.
• Development of additional business opportunities within the client account, spotting opportunities and proposing creative solutions.
