What you'll do:

As a Global Mobility Services Tax Manager, your role will be crucial in managing both global coordination and UK service delivery of client engagements. You will be responsible for overseeing the UK tax compliance, providing technical analysis and advice to clients, engaging with them on current global mobility and UK tax developments. Your role will also involve supporting Engagement Leaders with VIP assignee services. You will have the opportunity to develop, maintain and lead strong client relationships while managing engagement finances with junior support. A key part of your role will also be to manage and coach junior staff.

  • Manage the daily global coordination and/or UK service delivery of client engagements
  • Oversee the UK tax compliance and collaborate closely with the Centre of Excellence to deliver on all aspects of assignee compliance
  • Participate in all aspects of cross-border advisory covering tax, social security, process, policy and efficiencies
  • Provide UK tax technical analysis and advice to clients
  • Engage with clients on current global mobility and UK tax developments
  • Support Engagement Leaders with VIP assignee services, including conducting arrival/departure briefings for senior assignees
  • Develop, maintain and lead strong client relationships
  • Manage engagement finances with junior support
  • Manage and coach junior staff

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Global Mobility Services Tax Manager position will bring a wealth of experience in managing both global coordination and UK service delivery of client engagements. You should hold an ACA/ATT/CTA qualification or equivalent. Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are preferred. Experience with Microsoft Power BI for reporting would be advantageous but is not essential. Your ability to engage effectively with clients on current global mobility and UK tax developments will be crucial to your success in this role.

  • ACA/ATT/CTA qualification or equivalent is required
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills are preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI for reporting is welcome but not essential
