Job summary

Forvis Mazars LLP in London seeks a senior Global Mobility professional to lead the UK client portfolio, manage expatriate payrolls, review tax returns, and deliver high quality advisory and compliance services.

You will coach junior colleagues, build strong client relationships, contribute to tenders and growth, and act as the primary contact for corporate clients and expatriates, providing practical, business‑driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Lead growth of Global Mobility practice in London and the South East.
• Proactively manage existing clients and contribute to winning new work.
• Build strong relationships with clients and target prospects in the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day aspects of a client portfolio, including meetings with international assignees.
• Review UK tax returns and address arising queries.
• Manage expatriate payrolls, perform gross‑up calculations, and oversee year‑end process.
• Provide strong financial management and ensure accurate reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and individual expatriates, delivering high level client service.
• Coach junior team members to ensure high delivery standards.
• Act as primary contact for corporate clients and expatriates.
• Lead delivery of tax projects with technical excellence and practical, business‑driven approach.
• Manage risk for clients and the firm.
• Deliver advisory work on your portfolio and support senior team on advisory projects.

• Manage modified expatriate payrolls, perform gross‑up calculations, and oversee the year‑end process.
• Provide strong financial management and ensure accurate reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and individual expatriates, delivering a high level of client service.
• Manage and coach junior team members to ensure a high standard of client delivery.
• Act as the primary contact point for both corporate clients and individual expatriates.
• Lead the delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical, business‑driven approach.
• Manage risk appropriately for both clients and the firm.
• Deliver advisory work on your portfolio and support senior team members on specific advisory projects.
