Are you a Global Mobility Services Manager with strong experience in global coordination and/or UK service delivery?

A Global Mobility team in a Big 4 Practice is recruiting for multiple Global Mobility Manager's to join their team focusing on large scale global corporate clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of household name clients, such as FTSE 100, Tier 1 Banks and much more!

Your responsibilities as a Global Mobility Manager will include:

  • Manage the day to day global coordination and/or UK service delivery of client engagements
  • Manage the UK tax compliance and deliver on all aspects of assignee compliance
  • Be involved in all aspects of cross border advisory - covering tax, social security, process, policy and efficiencies, and project manage advisory projects
  • Provide UK tax technical analysis and advice to clients
  • Carrying out arrival/departure briefings for senior assignees
  • Manage and coach junior colleagues, performance reviews - developing your soft skills
  • Support in Business Development and proposal activities - developing your sales skills


You will be:
  • ACA/ATT/CTA qualified or equivalent
  • Confident communicator
  • Suitable experience gained in Global Mobility in Practice and/or a mix of In-house


Benefits include flexible/agile working of a minimum 2 days per week in the office, 25 days holiday + BH, option to buy / sell, discretionary bonus, yearly cash/car allowance c.£5,000
