We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Agile Worker/Short Term Business Traveller (STBT) team. This role involves working closely with our experts in Reward, Employment Tax, and Immigration. As part of this team, you will contribute to the day-to-day operations while having the opportunity to work on a diverse client portfolio. You will gain exposure to various projects and play an active role in the continued growth of this business by identifying opportunities and securing new work.
The Team
The Agile Worker/STBT team for Financial Services (FS) is part of the FS PAS Mobility Tax division and provides managed services for multinational companies with a globally mobile workforce. The team collaborates closely with EY’s Employment Tax and Mobility Tax teams to deliver a comprehensive end-to-end service for clients. This includes tracking and monitoring mobile employees, identifying potential risks (such as employment tax and social security risks), and managing downstream compliance reporting obligations (e.g., shadow payroll and tax returns).
