Are you passionate about delivering exceptional global mobility services and driving strategic change? Bupa is seeking a dynamic Global Mobility Manager to lead and evolve our mobility function, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a world-class colleague experience.

About the Role
As Global Mobility Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our international people operations, managing strategic projects and leading a team of Case Managers. You’ll ensure smooth delivery of technically complex services, maintain compliance with UKVI, HMRC, and global regulations, and act as a key liaison between operational teams and senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Global Mobility Case Managers.
  • Oversee relocation processes and ensure policy alignment.
  • Provide expert guidance on tax, immigration, and regulatory matters.
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate across markets to enhance the colleague experience.
  • Deliver training and support to internal teams.
  • Lead senior move management and contribute to project activity.
  • Monitor service quality and customer interactions.
  • Report monthly KPIs and ensure data accuracy.

What We’re Looking For
