Job summary

Bournemouth University is seeking a Global Mobility Coordinator to join the International Mobility & Exchange team within the Global Engagement & Strategic Partnerships service. The role will support administration of the Turing Scheme project grant, coordinate applications, process funding, and manage records and reporting for mobility programs.

You will work with colleagues across Global Engagement & Strategic Partnerships as well as Marketing, Finance and Academic Services to deliver mobility

Qualifications

• This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload while ensuring compliance with University processes and external regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate applications and processing funding for the Turing Scheme project.
• Manage records and reporting requirements for mobility programs.
• Support communications with students and staff involved in mobility activities.
• Assist with the delivery of mobility-related initiatives across teams.
