Exciting opportunity alert! We’re on the lookout for a Global Mobility Coordinator to join our client on a permanent basis based in London.
As part of the team, you’ll be the backbone of the international office moves, ensuring a seamless transition for employees. Your responsibilities will include:
– Managing moves between all offices
– Overseeing relocation, shipment, taxation, and immigration processes
– Being the first point of contact for employees
– Handling both permanent and temporary moves, especially for junior roles
– Forwarding invoices to finance and ensuring payment
– Managing regular projects and the global mobility inbox
– Handling UK immigration and visa applications
We’re looking for someone with HR or mobility experience and a good grasp of compliance and visa processes. Experience working with teams outside the UK and knowledge of Excel will be a plus. You’ll also need to be comfortable with numbers and confident in managing interactions with partners.
