A global engineering firm in the UK is seeking a Business Partner in Global Mobility to lead the execution of talent mobility strategies. The role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure compliance and enhance workforce agility. Ideal candidates will have proven global mobility expertise and excellent communication skills. This is a strategic business partnering role within the Global Mobility (GM) function, responsible for leading the execution of talent mobility strategies aligned with UK & Europe regional business objectives. Acting as the single point of contact for Business and HR leaders, the Business Partner provides expert guidance on mobility matters and leads key initiatives to support workforce agility and global talent deployment. The Business Partner collaborates cross-functionally with Global Mobility, Total Rewards, Expatriate Tax, and regional HR teams to ensure a seamless and compliant mobility experience. This role also provides leadership and direction to a Global Mobility Advisor supporting the region, ensuring alignment, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
