About the Programme

Our two-year rotational programme is designed to grow you into awell-rounded, agile global mobility professional. You’ll rotate throughsix dynamic teams, gaining hands-on experience in:

People-focused functions:

• Supporting immigration and remote work solutions
• Designing global mobility policies
• Running entire global mobility programmes for our clients

Tax advisory and analytics:

• Supporting personal tax and social security planning
• Calculating the cost of relocating executives internationally

No two days are the same – you’ll be solving real-world business problems and working with clients across borders.

What You’ll Learn & Do

As an apprentice, you’ll be studying for aLevel 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship, developing in-demand skills in data visualisation, automation, and modelling – all while supporting global clients.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll need:

• 96 UCAS points from up to three A-Levels (or equivalent)
• Grade C/4 or above in GCSE English Language and Maths
• Strong numeracy, good writing skills, and an innovative mindset
• Confidence working with others and meeting deadlines

The Recruitment Process
