We’re BDO, an accountancy and business advisory firm providing advice and solutions to entrepreneurial organizations navigating today’s changing world.

We work with Britain’s economic engine—ambitious, high-growth businesses—and advise their owners and management teams.

We’ll broaden your horizons

Our greatest asset is our people. Our HR team focuses on helping us attract talent, enabling success, and fostering a unified culture of development. Join a passionate team where you can be yourself and help colleagues achieve their ambitions.

We’ll help you succeed

Leading organizations trust us for quality advice, built on understanding their business through close relationships. You’ll work proactively and collaboratively, communicating with senior managers, directors, and partners to enhance our services.

Reporting to the Global Mobility & Immigration Senior Manager, you will manage, coordinate, and ensure compliance for immigration, international secondments, and permanent hires, while developing your skills.

You will:

  • Ensure case completeness and compliance with immigration legislation
  • Review weekly Immigration Compliance reports and report changes to the Home Office
  • Monitor timelines and processes for all cases
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly immigration reports
  • Conduct briefings for new secondees, providing professional support throughout their secondment
  • Advise on right to work checks and manage related issues
  • Coordinate with tax, payroll, and benefit providers for international secondments
  • Work with the GM Senior Manager on inbound and outbound secondment processes
  • Maintain compliance related to migrant workers and BDO’s Sponsorship license
  • Handle visa invoicing and reclaim calculations
  • Coordinate with relocation providers for temporary accommodation
  • Initiate visa cases, monitor applications, and liaise with internal teams and partners
  • Escalate compliance or policy issues as needed and maintain a problem-solving mindset
  • Deliver right to work training and draft related guides and communications

You’ll need:

  • Experience in Global Mobility or Immigration roles within large organizations
  • Ability to work independently and navigate complex mobility environments
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Resilience and a proactive attitude

We value authenticity and offer flexible, agile working arrangements. We support your career development through structured programs, resources, and frameworks.

We adapt and evolve to build on our strengths, shaping the future together with openness and clarity, empowering creative thinking and continuous improvement.
