About the role


Global Mobility plays a crucial role in managing the movement of colleagues across borders to support the firm’s international strategy and business needs. This role helps make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes - from preparing documents to coordinating processes with internal teams and external advisors.

In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including:

  • Assisting with all global mobility administrative tasks including those for international secondments, international country transfers, international remote work and immigration requests.
  • Working closely with and provide support and information to a range of internal teams.
  • Delivering high-standard administrative support that is efficient, responsive, and provides a positive client experience.
  • Liaising with global third-party providers, including relocation management companies and immigration advisors.
