Imperial Brands is looking for a proactive professional to join our Global Mobility Team on a 9‑month fixed‑term basis. You'll play a key role in supporting our international mobility programmes, ensuring smooth processes, compliance, and high‑quality service for our globally mobile employees.

This is your chance to gain valuable experience in a fast‑paced, international environment, working alongside senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams while contributing to projects that touch every corner of our business.

Principle Accountabilities
  • Monitor and manage the Business Traveller mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Review and update assessments in the business traveller tool, maintaining accurate records and generating reports.
  • Create templates, notifications, and reports for People & Culture teams to support compliance and communication.
  • Assist the Global Mobility Team in implementing process improvements and potential automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Workday, Finance, HR) to collect and verify necessary information and documentation.
  • Conduct audits of Global Mobility documentation, including assignment letters, leases, and immigration records, and flag any discrepancies.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling compliance and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Basic analytical and problem‑solving skills to monitor processes and identify issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience with Workday or similar systems is desirable.
  • Experience working in a structured administrative or support role, preferably within HR, payroll, or global mobility functions.
