Job summary

A global investment management firm is seeking a Middle Office Oversight & Control Analyst for a 2-year FTC in London. The role focuses on managing end-to-end services in a dynamic environment, supporting the new order management systems, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of equity and fixed income processing, strong interpersonal skills, and experience with tools like Charles River and Bloomberg Aim.

Qualifications

• Some knowledge and experience of the Equity, Fixed Income and cash processing in institutional and pooled funds environment.
• Knowledge of offshore fund administration.
• Some experience of query management in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Middle Office services for Money Market BNY TA flow.
• Ensure delivery of service is line with agreed SLA.
• Build influential relationship with internal clients within Investment Teams.
