Job summary

Emota is seeking a Meetings and Events Project Manager to lead global meetings, events and congress participation for pharmaceutical clients. You will ensure profitability, adherence to compliance, and delivery excellence across pre, on-site and post-event stages.

You will manage budgets, travel logistics and coordinate with partners, suppliers and the internal team, supported by a Project Executive who handles attendee participation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of corporate events delivery experience.
• Live within 1 hour of one of our UK offices (Ashby-de-la-Zouch, London or Manchester).
• Experience managing event budgets from start to reconciliation.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage all venues and associated logistical arrangements for congress attendance, dinners and housing blocks.
• Oversee sponsorship activity with client contracting teams and booth providers.
• Coordinate requirements with 3rd party suppliers and internal service providers.
• Produce weekly status reports to main meeting partners and manage on-site travel for site inspections.
• Track post-event metrics and ensure positive cash flow.
