Job summary

Emota is seeking a Meetings and Events Project Manager to lead global events for pharmaceutical clients. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage budgets, ensure profitability and compliance, and coordinate with partners and internal teams across pre, on-site and post-event stages.

The role involves travel and hybrid work from UK offices in Ashby-de-la-Zouch or Manchester, reporting to the Project Director. Excellent organisation and client-facing skills are essential.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and customer service.
• Willingness to travel internationally for on-site delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end meetings, events and congress participation for pharmaceutical clients.
• Control budgets, profitability and compliance across all events.
• Coordinate with partners, suppliers and internal teams for delivery.
• Produce status reports and communicate with stakeholders weekly.
• Travel on-site to venues for site inspections and post-event debriefs.
