Emota is seeking a Meetings and Events Project Manager to oversee global meetings, events and congress participation for pharmaceutical clients. You will ensure profitability, compliance and client satisfaction across pre-, on-site and post-event phases.

The role involves national/international travel, budget control and collaboration with a Project Executive, under a Project Director, with a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. Hybrid work 2 days in-office in London or Manchester.

Competenze

• Organiser with a minimum of 4 years event management delivery of corporate events.
• Live within a commutable distance of one UK office in London or Manchester.
• Experience managing event budgets from initial budget, through revisions and reconciliation.
• Client liaison skills and professionalism.

Mansioni

• Manage all venues and logistical arrangements for congress attendance and related events.
• Oversee sponsorship activity, liaise with client contracting teams and booth providers.
• Coordinate with 3rd party suppliers and internal service providers.
• Prepare and circulate weekly status reports to main meeting partners.
• Travel on-site for site inspections and delivery planning, plus post-event reporting.
