Job description

Global Medical Immunology Pipeline Director, New Dermatology Indications (Non-Alliance), Cambridge

This role reports to the Global Medical Head of Immunology and works under the direction of the Dermatology and Rheumatology Global Medical Lead.

Responsibilities include developing and executing medical plans, supporting lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and facilitating collaborations. The role requires in-depth knowledge of clinical studies, evidence generation, and strategic medical planning in dermatology immunology.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of medical strategies for dermatology indications like CSU and PN.
  • Participate in evidence generation strategy and execution worldwide.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand the treatment landscape.
  • Assist in medical strategy collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop KOL engagement plans, medical education, and leadership programs.
  • Lead data generation efforts, including real-world studies and clinical trials.
  • Build relationships with global and regional teams and represent medical teams externally.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a scientific discipline (MD, PhD, PharmD).
  • Significant experience in immunology and dermatology preferred.
  • At least 4 years in biotech or pharma, with experience in pipeline, clinical development, or medical affairs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
