Job summary

GEN PLUS Group in London is looking for a commercially minded Lawyer to support our international business across media, production, advertising and PR. This hands-on role works across multiple jurisdictions and group entities, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial, production and IP-related agreements.

You will work directly with business teams, manage negotiations and provide practical legal advice in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years PQE in a production, advertising or IP practice.
• Experience drafting and negotiating production services agreements.
• Experience negotiating talent, influencer and contributor agreements.
• Advising on IP ownership, assignments, licences and usage rights.
• Strong drafting and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate production services and execution agreements.
• Draft and negotiate talent, influencer and contributor agreements.
• Advise on IP ownership, assignments, licences, usage rights and related terms.
• Review promotional and sponsorship agreements.
• Prepare MSAs, SOWs and related commercial documents.
• Advise on contractual risk and provide practical solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across jurisdictions to progress negotiations to execution.
• Maintain standard contractual templates and processes.
