Job summary

Mbnsolutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a global Data and Technology team supporting a major international client. You will connect local market needs with central delivery, gathering reporting requirements and turning regional needs into a prioritised delivery plan.

You will work with regional teams to establish which reports to automate, align on metrics, and ensure dashboards meet user needs across markets and media disciplines.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, process improvement or related role on data, BI or platform initiatives.
• Experience gathering reporting and dashboard requirements and translating them into actionable specifications and user stories.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate global, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to assess data availability vs. business needs and identify gaps.
• Proactive, inquisitive approach to connect information across a complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Work with regional teams to establish which reports should be automated in each country and what users need from dashboards.
• Collate requirements across markets and media disciplines, identifying common needs and local differences.
• Match reporting requirements against available media data, highlighting gaps and data quality issues.
• Clarify how data will be used and what business decisions each report should support.
• Recommend what to build first based on business value, data readiness and delivery complexity.
• Translate priorities into clear workflows and delivery backlogs for each discipline.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate input from teams across regions to keep stakeholders aligned.
