Job summary

Nucleus Global, part of Inizio Medical, seeks an Account Director to lead a high-profile global medcomms account from London/UK hybrid/remote locations. You will steer integrated programmes spanning medical affairs and publications, ensuring exceptional client service and financial performance.

You will manage senior stakeholders, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and drive strategic communications across regions to support client objectives and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical communications agency at senior level.
• Proven ability to manage global pharmaceutical accounts.
• Strong financial management, budgeting and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across a broad portfolio of medical communications activities.
• Oversee publications deliverables including abstracts, posters, manuscripts and publication planning.
• Lead medical affairs programmes, advisory boards, meetings and omnichannel campaigns.
• Collaborate with scientific, editorial, creative and digital colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding partnerships.
• Manage complex project portfolios to deliver programmes on time and within scope.
• Forecasting, budgeting and revenue management across the account.
