Job summary

Hult is seeking a driven Enrollment Advisor to join our high-energy London-based sales team. You will prospect, engage, and advise prospective Masters and MBA candidates across Italy, guiding them through the application and enrollment journey using LinkedIn and Generative AI.

You'll build relationships, exceed enrollment targets, and support candidates with financing guidance and program selection. This role offers travel opportunities and a global, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Proven ability to prospect and engage leads on LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, persuasive phone presence.
• Customer-focused with strong listening skills.
• Self-driven, ambitious and entrepreneurial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business development, sales, or marketing is a plus.
• Authorized to work in United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed enrollment targets.
• Use LinkedIn and Generative AI to prospect and engage candidates.
• Qualify candidates using the Hult DNA framework.
• Organize and promote high-volume in-person events.
• Provide guidance through the admissions process.
• Build strong relationships with applicants.
• Assist with financing guidance and connect to internal resources.
• Identify trends to optimize outreach and referrals.
