Job summary

Hult International Business School seeks an Enrollment Advisor to join our London sales team. You will prospect, engage, and advise Masters and MBA candidates across the DACH region, guiding them through the application and enrollment process.

Leverage LinkedIn and Generative AI to initiate contact and move conversations to meetings, via video, phone, or in-person. We seek a results-driven sales professional with a track record of exceeding goals and a passion for helping candidates transform

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business development, sales, or marketing is a plus.
• Authorization to work in United Kingdom (visa/residency).
• Proven ability to prospect and engage leads via LinkedIn and other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly enrollment targets and contribute to team goals.
• Prospect, connect with, and engage postgraduate candidates via LinkedIn and Generative AI.
• Qualify candidates with the right “Hult DNA” using a consultative approach.
• Organize and promote high-volume in-person events and educational fairs (weekends).
• Provide expert guidance through video calls, phone conversations, and in-person meetings.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with applicants through admissions process.
• Assist accepted applicants with financing guidance and internal resources.
• Identify trends in candidate behavior to optimize outreach and referrals.
