Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial or banking sector.
• Knowledge of valuation, market risk, counterparty risk, AVAs, XVAs.
• Experience with FRTB regulation.
• Minimum 5 years in project management, preferably finance/banking.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary risk contact across conception, planning, design, execution, and implementation of projects.
• Define project scope and governance, securing approvals.
• Identify impacts across risk dimensions and staffing needs.
• Develop and maintain project plan, manage dependencies and critical path.
• Coordinate with risk teams to define requirements and validations.
• Engage with holding level and other teams to meet requirements.
