Job summary

Deloitte is recruiting a Global Markets Client Onboarding Analyst in London on a 3‑month, inside IR35 contract. You will join a high-performing Client Experience Operations team, coordinating pre-trade onboarding, documentation, and account opening for institutional clients across regions.

The role requires 1–2 years post graduate experience, ideally within investment banking or asset management, with strong communication and stakeholder management to support rapid onboarding and regulatory

Qualifications

1–2 years post graduate experience in finance or related field.
Experience in investment banking or asset management preferred.
Client onboarding or client service experience advantageous.
Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Own pre-trade client relationship and drive front-to-back onboarding to readiness to trade across products.
Collaborate with Sales to manage priority queue and coordinate trading agreements (ISDA-CSA, GMRA, etc).
Develop knowledge of account opening requirements including AML/KYC and legal entity alignment.
Meet tight deadlines for fund launches, market-specific deadlines and trade dates.
Provide excellent pre-trade client service and maintain strong client relations.
Understand and apply new business policies and process enhancements.
