Job summary

Aromatherapy Associates is seeking a Marketplaces Sales Manager to own marketplace performance across the UK, Europe, the US and Asia. You will manage relationships with marketplaces and agencies, drive Joint Business Plans, and control budgets for pricing, promotion and advertising while delivering on sales targets.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of Amazon 3P experience, hands-on Seller Central and PPC/AMS management, and strong analytical and negotiation skills with autonomous working

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience with Amazon 3P.
• Hands-on experience managing Seller Central, PPC and AMS.
• Account management experience with leadership, negotiation and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with Marketplaces accounts and agencies.
• Develop Joint Business Plans based on commercial initiatives and strategy.
• Own marketplace performance for Aromatherapy Associates across regions.
• Manage pricing, promotion, and advertising spend with regular P&L review.
• Oversee marketplace advertising setup, bidding, targeting, and optimization.
