About the Position

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Lead to join our Revenue Operations team and drive results within the marketing organization. The ideal candidate will be strategic, creative, and possess the technical and analytical skills to improve pipeline hygiene, visibility, and revenue growth. This role involves platform integrations, workflow optimization, automation, and system efficiency to enhance KPIs. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure tools and processes deliver maximum ROI. By leveraging technology and data, you’ll improve the marketing funnel and enhance top-of-the-funnel efficiency for GTM teams, ultimately creating a better experience for potential customers.

MarTech Stack Management & Lead Operations

  • Own HubSpot marketing automation and Salesforce integration, optimizing the tech stack for lead generation, distribution, and reporting.
  • Ensure data quality, compliance (e.g., GDPR), and smooth lead flow between systems, focusing on HubSpot-Salesforce integration.
  • Establish efficient processes for cross-department collaboration, onboarding, and training new employees on marketing tools and lead management.
  • Drive continuous learning, process improvements, and best practice adoption across the team.

Campaign & Process Optimization

  • Optimize lead scoring, qualification, and routing to improve funnel efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Manage workflows, automation, and scalable processes for campaigns, events, and lead nurturing.
  • Provide technical support for campaigns, content, and automation, identifying and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Support marketing initiatives, maintain process documentation, and proactively address issues in the tech stack.

Reporting & Insights

  • Create reports to track marketing activities, campaign effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to derive actionable insights and optimize performance.
  • Support leadership with executive reports and present key metrics to the broader team.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

  • HubSpot administration for CRM and marketing automation.
  • Lead campaign management, including attribution, lifecycle, and measurement.
  • Experience in developing and optimizing email, advertising, social, and website campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven insights and decision-making.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Project management expertise (organizational, interpersonal, and tool-based).
  • Comfortable working globally across North America, Europe, and Asia.
  • 5+ years of marketing automation and operations experience.

Desired but not Required

  • Experience with AI in HubSpot, or broader GTM tech stack
  • HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hub Certifications
  • Google Search Console and Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in SFDC
  • Ability to learn new marketing technologies quickly and independently
  • Account Data enrichment best-practices, especially via ZoomInfo

The pay range for this position is between $80,000-110,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
