As Global Marketing Manager at Terex in Farlough, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our global brand marketing strategy. As a member of the Brand Leadership Team, you’ll drive initiatives to grow market share, lead impactful product launches, strengthen the TWS brand, and support the achievement of strategic business goals.
What you’ll do
Strategic Planning & Budgeting
Develop and implement annual marketing plans and strategies aligned with business objectives .
Manage and monitor annual marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective execution and ROI
Brand & Content Management
Lead the development and execution of promotional advertising and editorial campaigns across global and local markets.
Maintain and enhance brand assets across digital platforms, including websites, portals, and databases.
Design and produce marketing collateral, outsourcing where necessary to ensure quality and consistency , and alignment with brand guidelines.
Ensure consistent brand messaging to strengthen brand equity and global recognition.
Generate engaging written, visual, and video content to support messaging across own and third-party platforms.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Drive e-marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, SEO, paid ads , and social media engagement.
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and creation of social media content across platforms, with a focus on brand growth, lead nurturing, and campaign objectives .
Evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying key insights to optimize strategy and reporting on KPIs.
Explore and test new formats, channels, and trends to keep the brand’s digital presence fresh and relevant.
Website & Lead Generation
Oversee the ongoing development, performance, and maintenance of the website, ensuring a user-friendly, SEO-optimi s ed, and conversion-focused experience.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to deliver timely updates, new product pages, and digital experiences.
Drive digital lead generation through gated content, landing pages, CTAs, and CRM integration to support the sales funnel.
Monitor and report on website traffic, user behaviour , and conversions to guide content and design improvements.
Events & Campaigns
Plan and coordinate global and regional events, exhibitions, dealer meetings, open days, and conferences to support product and brand visibility.
Develop a balanced mix of promotional tools—including print, digital, PR, and video—to support campaign and event objectives .
Collaborate with the wider team to deliver engaging pre-event, live, and post-event content for multiple channels.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
Maintain strong lines of communication across internal teams, regional managers, dealers, customers, and suppliers.
Develop and manage internal communication tools and platforms to keep teams informed on product launches, campaigns, wins, and key updates.
Create regular newsletters to strengthen engagement within the dealer network and internal business units.
Represent marketing in cross-functional meetings and initiatives to align communication and commercial strategies.
Operational Excellence & team Culture
Ensure efficient administration of marketing operations and processes , platforms, databases, and approval workflows.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve marketing workflows and tools
Lead regular team meetings and project reviews to align on priorities and progress.
Promote a positive, collaborative team culture through office enhancements, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities.
Support the onboarding of new marketing team members and foster cross-department collaboration.
What you’ll bring
A Marketing degree or equivalent
CIM Qualified or working towards would be advantageous .
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced Marketing role, ideally at management level
Previous experience in a washing equipment business would be advantag e ous
Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, enthusiasm and relationship building
Thorough understanding of effective marketing techniques
Willingness to travel overseas up to 25% (including some weekends)
Flexible to new ideas and innovative thinking
Strong planning and execution skills
Ability to handle and complete multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
