This role plays a key part in creating the global brand strategy, developing programs, assets, and tools for PBMCs to realize the brand's vision. The focus will be on servicing PBMCs' needs, with the UK as a primary market. Responsibilities include building a compelling vision, strategy, creative and brand experiences, and creating key assets and tools to execute that vision for PBMCs and the UK market.

Working with cross-functional and agency partners, the role will assist in creating mid-term strategic marketing objectives and strategies, leading asset development and innovation management to support market teams in achieving volume, sales, and profit growth targets annually.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Insight: Contribute to global brand updates and business reviews for the UK; lead strategic liquid and product discussions.
  2. Brand Foundations & Stewardship: Provide global brand guidance and governance; facilitate information exchange; build relationships with cross-functional partners.
  3. Strategy & Planning: Collaborate on the UK and global 3-year growth plans; oversee budget management; work with Innovation on product pipelines; support new product development and campaign execution.
  4. Experience Design & Delivery: Build experience and launch plans focusing on the UK; lead launch elements across digital, social, PR, experiential channels; ensure creative is digitally-oriented.
  5. Leadership: Lead the Global Sipsmith team; act as an inclusive leader; review resource needs; collaborate on the Visitor Centre's strategic use.
Qualifications
  • University degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
  • 7+ years in brand or innovation management
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and cultural awareness skills
  • Strategic, commercial, and creative thinker
  • Experience managing agency teams and leading cross-functional projects

Key Relationships

Reports to the Founder & Head of Sipsmith; works with PBMC leadership, UK operations, cross-functional teams, and external agencies.
