The Role:

• Develop and deliver the global brand strategy, marketing plans, and creative assets with a focus on the UK as the lead market.
• Manage NPD, go-to-market plans, and cross-functional project execution.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in innovation, insights, commercial, PR, and digital to ensure aligned brand building.
• Lead the development of global digital-first campaigns and experiential activations.
• Oversee agency relationships and budget management, while leading a small high-performing team.
• Support the evolution of key brand assets and touchpoints across priority markets.

About You:

• Experience in brand management or innovation marketing, ideally in drinks or FMCG.
• Proven expertise in global brand strategy, campaign development, and cross-market execution.
• Confident communicator and experienced leader, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and teams.
• Passionate about premium brands and experienced in delivering stand-out marketing campaigns.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment.
