You’ll develop core skills in operations, content coordination, data analysis, and campaign planning, with mentorship and exposure to global processes from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Data Analytics or related field.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks across cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical thinking and comfort using data to support decisions.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, with high accuracy in execution.
• Eager to learn and grow from execution into marketing planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information for marketing projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Support day‑to‑day on‑site channel and marketing activities, ensuring accurate content and visuals.
• Assist with product selection by evaluating sales, price, stock and conversion data.
• Coordinate with merchants and category teams for submissions, pricing, stock and placements.
• Monitor channel performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Support planning and execution of major sales events (e.g., Black Friday).
• Conduct competitor research on flash‑sale mechanics and pricing on other platforms.
