What you’ll do
My client is looking for a visionary marketer to steer global strategy and innovation pipeline for some new product launches. You’ll own everything from idea to launch—guiding cross‑functional teams, championing customer insight, and ensuring the new product answers real‑world needs in the US and worldwide.
Partners with the Downstream marketing team, local and global, to ensure the New Product Strategy and Innovation roadmap is aligned with the local markets’ needs (US and Worldwide).
Build strong Global Marketing 5-yr plans. Support the Global brands and launch plans based on the market insights and strategy parts.
Coordinate with the Global Marketing Director Downstream to ensure a flawless alignment between Local markets needs and the innovation roadmap.
Ideal background
Deep experience in the healthcare/ MedTech sector or medical devices, including global product launches.
Proven senior marketing leader with a track record within the healthcare sector.
