Job summary

SIBIE LTD Holding Group is seeking a senior marketing leader to set and deliver the group’s strategy from the UK, reporting to the CEO. You will build and lead a team to grow all brands across the UK, US and EU with a strong emphasis on e-commerce and consistent branding.

You will have 15+ years in marketing, hands-on Shopify Plus experience, and a strong PR/branding background. The role offers visa sponsorship and flexible work arrangements across premises.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in marketing at senior level.
• Proven e-commerce marketing experience.
• Hands-on Shopify Plus experience.
• Healthcare industry experience; online pharmacy a plus.
• Strong PR and branding background.
• Strong commercial pricing and market understanding.
• Global or multi-market experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and aesthetics sensibility.
• Native-level English, written and spoken.
• Stable career history and team-player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build the group marketing strategy and lead the team to deliver it.
• Grow all brands across the UK, US and EU markets.
• Lead e-commerce growth across multiple Shopify stores.
• Keep branding consistent across all markets.
• Lead PR and brand communication.
• Manage internal and external communication channels.
• Set pricing and market plans with a clear focus on profit.
• Track results and report performance to the CEO.
