What You'll Do
As a Global Marketing Activation & Orchestration Director at BCG, you will lead the day-to-day strategy, execution, and impact of one or more flagship global campaigns. This role blends deep integrated marketing expertise with creative, innovative and strategic marketing leadership. You will develop integrated campaign strategies that reflect BCG's brand and business priorities - elevating our thought leadership, storytelling and multi-channel engagement across earned, owned and paid media. Strong Project management is a baseline expectation overall.

You will work closely with Marketing & Communications Channel teams, Creative & Content experts, the Marketing Insights team, and Senior Leaders to drive the success of the campaign. Together, you'll shape compelling narratives, refine KPIs, and ensure seamless execution across channels. Your role will involve deep collaboration to align strategy, optimize impact, and continuously elevate the creative and innovative approach of the campaign.
