Job summary

Insulet Corporation is seeking a Marketing Manager, Launch Excellence to drive international commercial readiness and execution of sensor integration across Omnipod platforms and new software generations. You will translate global strategy into market-ready deliverables for international markets and coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in marketing, business, life sciences, or related field.
• Experience in product launches, commercial readiness, or downstream execution, ideally in a regulated environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Strong ability to translate global strategy and technical inputs into executable deliverables.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support international commercial readiness and execution of sensor integration launches and other key platforms and software innovations.
• Translate global strategy and technical inputs into market-ready deliverables (messaging, assets, toolkits).
• Ensure aligned deployment of integrated HCP and DTC materials across channels and functions.
• Provide markets with practical guidance, toolkits, and support for local execution and readiness.
• Support Launch Preparation Process (LPP2.0) deliverables and dependencies across international markets.
• Coordinate with Global, Marketing, Training, Medical, Regulatory, Markets to ensure timely delivery of launch deliverables.
