Job summary

Evidencia Scientific Search and Selection Limited is seeking an Associate Consultant or Consultant to help develop evidence-based pricing and market access strategies for innovative therapies across geographies.

You'll work with international payer audiences, design primary research, analyse HTA data, and translate insights into client-ready presentations. The role includes mentorship, structured training and career progression in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Global pricing and market access consultancy experience or exposure.
• Experience with international payer primary research.
• Understanding of HTA and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic client projects by developing pricing and market access strategies.
• Lead and coordinate project delivery from initiation to completion.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues and manage timelines/resources.
• Support business development and proposal creation.
• Share market insights to support growth.
