A global business consulting firm is seeking a high-caliber Executive MD to drive operations, strategy implementation, and business growth. Candidates must have a management consultancy background, 5+ years in a similar role, and expertise in digital transformation. This role offers a revenue share business model, with the potential for remote work initially. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
The role
The Global MD will be responsible for all global business operations driving the company to growth and higher profitability. He/She will hold fully P&L globally covering new build, maintenance and the sales function and be in charge of the short to medium strategy implementation improving operational delivery across the region enhancing turnover, margins and market share. The location is London but the work can be carried out remotely initially.
The ideal candidate will have a strong and solid management consultancy background coming from key consulting firms. He/she is a high caliber director with a first class degree. He/she is a leader in innovation and creativity as well as the ability to form strong partnerships and productive working relationships. The person needs to have the ability influence and motivate people at all levels and a strong commitment. He/she is a skilled advocate and negotiator having the communication skills to drive change. With a strong focus on the customer, the person will understand how Ultimech can meet the needs of its staff, customers and stakeholders.
