Job summary

We Do Group is partnering with a globally renowned FMCG business to recruit a Management Accountant into its Maidenhead finance team. You’ll join a fast-paced international environment where Finance collaborates with the wider business and where study support is provided as you progress.

You’ll handle month-end, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting while working with large volumes of operational data to drive process improvements and better reporting.”

Qualifications

• Good management accounting and month-end experience.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments.
• Part-qualified or actively studying ACCA or CIMA.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting month-end and management reporting.
• Owning key balance sheet reconciliations.
• Managing recurring schedules including accruals and prepayments.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Working with operational teams to understand financial performance.
• Supporting stock, inventory and other product-related accounting.
• Working with high-volume financial and operational data.
• Improving the quality and efficiency of reporting.
• Helping simplify, standardise and automate finance processes.
• Supporting audit and year-end requirements.
• Providing analysis to Finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Getting involved in wider projects and continuous improvement.
