Job summary

Our client, a leading supplier of premium printing & packaging, is seeking an organised Production Manager to oversee multiple client projects from concept through to final production. Reporting to the Head of Production, you will coordinate with internal teams and overseas manufacturing partners to drive on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality packaging projects.

You will manage multiple projects, maintain schedules, liaise with suppliers, and support QA throughout production.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management within print or luxury packaging.
• Experience with overseas manufacturers and supply chains.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Commercial awareness with experience monitoring budgets and costs.
• Attention to detail and delivering premium-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple premium printing and packaging projects.
• Coordinate projects from brief through design, sampling, production and delivery.
• Maintain schedules, monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Liaise with overseas suppliers to meet quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Manage sampling, product approvals and production documentation.
• Monitor project costs and identify efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Design, Operations and Logistics to ensure delivery.
• Support quality assurance throughout production.
