Live Recruitment is seeking a Luxury Event Producer to own end-to-end production of multi-day international experiences, working directly with high-net-worth clients and handling logistics, supplier relationships, and on-site delivery. The role emphasises planning, client management, and coordinating luxury partners across international locations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering high-end, multi-day/international events for discerning clients.
• Ability to manage UHNW or corporate hospitality relationships without close supervision.
• Strong logistical coordination and production expertise in luxury settings.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end production of multi-day international experiences from concept to delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with UHNW clients throughout the event journey.
• Source, brief and manage luxury suppliers, venues and hospitality partners.
• Coordinate vehicle and guest travel logistics across international locations.
• Oversee freelance resource during peak event delivery periods.
• Manage budgets and supplier contracts to agreed standards.
