Job summary

GE Vernova in Stafford is seeking a Contracts and Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including contracts, warehouse, and global outbound logistics. You will be a visible leader on the shop floor, driving safety, quality, and efficiency while aligning planning, manufacturing and warehouse teams to meet customer commitments.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong SAP/ERP experience, and the ability to transform operations through Lean and data-driven KPIs.

Qualifications

Operational leadership experience in logistics or supply chain.
SAP/ERP proficiency with Lean improvement mindset.
Experience with MPS and S&OP processes.
Data-driven decision making using Tableau for real-time visibility.
Commercial acumen including P&L, budgets and CAPEX.
Strong knowledge of import/export processes and customs compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead on-floor operations and safety with a hands-on leadership style.
Own end-to-end contracts administration, warehouse operations and global outbound logistics.
Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and implement KPIs for order-to-dispatch visibility.
Chair daily governance meetings to monitor performance and resolve bottlenecks.
Drive Lean principles to reduce waste and optimize warehouse layout and load planning.
Develop influential relationships with regional leaders and act as the main supply chain contact.
Contribute to Site Leadership Team strategy and commercial decisions affecting P&L, freight, and inventory.
Oversee compliance and lifecycle processes including customs and procurement.
