Job summary

Superdry is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager - Commercial Planning and Projects to lead cost-saving initiatives across a global network of 3PL providers. You will analyse data, manage carrier contracts, run tenders, and drive continuous improvement across logistics.

You will oversee budgets, optimize spend, and lead a team of Analysts to deliver strategic projects and reliable service for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing complex logistics operations.
• Experience negotiating carrier contracts and running tenders.
• Strong data analysis and reporting to inform decisions.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams and CI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting for 3PL warehouses and carriage on a global scale.
• Manage logistics spend and support procurement activities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with global 3PL providers and contracts.
• Lead commercial decisions and ROI-focused project implementations.
• Coordinate system integrations and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Develop reporting within the logistics chain and mentor Analysts.
