Arbex is seeking a senior procurement professional to shape the future of tissue and hygiene by leading global Ocean Freight, CAPEX, and MRO procurement strategies. You will own carrier relationships, drive rate optimization, and partner with Engineering on CAPEX sourcing to pre-qualify suppliers.

You will build a global MRO program, consolidate vendors, optimize storerooms, and implement VMI models to achieve substantial annual savings.

Qualifications

• 12+ years procurement/supply chain experience; Ocean Freight expertise required.
• CAPEX sourcing experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Freight market modeling, TCO analysis, and carrier contract negotiation skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Finance, Operations).
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs and trade compliance preferred.

• Manage supply chain risk including geopolitical disruption and port delays.

About You

In one of our Supply Chain roles,you’llfocus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at thecentre.Jobresponsibilities include:

• Lead global strategies for Ocean Freight, CAPEX, and MRO categories

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• 12+ yrs procurement/supply chain; direct Ocean Freight expertise required

• CAPEX sourcing experience in manufacturing or industrial environment

• Freight market modeling, TCO analysis, carrier contract negotiation skills

• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Finance, Operations)

• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs and trade compliance preferred

This role requires the ability to travel up to 25% of the time
