Job summary

Barclays is seeking a senior product leader to own the global Liquidity product suite. You will set vision, strategy and multi-horizon roadmaps across value streams, coordinating Product, Sales, Technology, Operations and Finance to achieve measurable client and business outcomes.

You will translate strategic objectives into prioritised capabilities and backlogs, lead multidisciplinary squads, and embed governance throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring resilient, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a large, regulated organisation overseeing end-to-end product journeys.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into OKRs, roadmaps and executable backlogs.
• Strong commercial judgement across pricing, costs, and ROI.
