Finteum in London is seeking a Global Liquidity Solutions Director to lead treasury, liquidity management and FX strategy for our banking clients. Reporting to the Co-founder and CEO, you will shape intraday liquidity, funding and market access across the platform.

Based in London with hybrid work, the role offers a base salary £120,000-£150,000 plus bonus and equity, reflecting seniority and impact in a fast-growing fintech startup with global clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in large banks or fintech with exposure to treasury, liquidity and FX
• Experience with front-office funding, FX swaps/forwards and/or STIR desks preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills
• Willingness to travel internationally and adapt in a startup environment

Responsabilités

• Meetings with designated banks to demonstrate Finteum solutions and connect to client priorities
• Collaborate with sales to address liquidity, funding, settlement and integration questions
• Lead governance and onboarding for banks progressing to live usage
• Interface with bank stakeholders to maximise platform benefits for live clients
• Travel up to 4 weeks per year for conferences and client meetings; support GTM strategy and product feedback
